The wipes themselves are fine in comparison to other brands and do not tear too easily, which is nice.
However, the Bunjie customer service team are greatly lacking in communication, helpfulness and follow through, it seems they have only been trained in how to send a Insincere email.

Firstly I have to say the wipes themselves are fantastic. They’re great on my baby’s face who has eczema! Secondly, however and perhaps just as important from a busy mum of 3 perspective … THE PACKAGING IS HORRIBLE!! The wipes never separate and half the package rips which is dire in the middle of a nappy change frenzy! I expected more from a top tier wipe

I think you’ve changed the formula since moving manufacturing. I find the wipes stick to eachother more making pulling them out difficult- you use to just get one wipe before, now you get a trail of them which makes nappy time a bit tricky with a baby who won’t sit still. They also don’t feel as sturdy and durable as the old ones. I much preferred the previous generation of wipe over these new ones

I love the wipes, however when I subscribed I was given a code to use for a discount and free jelly bag. The jelly bag didnt arrive hence the low stars. Other than that the wipes are the best wipes I've ever used. Not soggy, nice and soft but strong.

I’ve been using these wipes since our baby was born. They are the only ones that I felt comfortable to use. It’s been 6 months and still going strong. Love them. It would be cool if all packs came with a little spare reusable lid thing because when I use the packs heaps they end up really crinkled and don’t close properly. But even with them not closed properly they don’t dry out!

I’ve just gotten an email to review the wipes. This particular purchase the wipes were fine. The next wipes I bought stunk of chemicals and needed to be returned to chemist warehouse. I also then had to return my eye wipes a month later and I’ve just read a warning of the bath soap I currently use saying it’s burnt their child’s body, so I’ll wait for the recall on that. I’ve had my son 5months ago and bought all Bunjie products and loved it, unfortunately it’s too much of a risk to continue buying these products. I don’t want my son to be the reason the next items get recalled. They have lowered the standards significantly in just a short amount of time and in a category where the youngest and most delicate bodies are using it I’m extremely disappointed.

Just unhappy with the company in general. We’re going away and let them know 4 days before, but didn’t reach their cut off so the order was sent. Left at our door in the pouring rain for a week. The company couldn’t care less and then when I wanted to cancel my subscription they told me I was locked in to at least 3 payment cycles. Apparently after the 3rd a magical button appears in your account, allowing you to cancel. Interestingly, this didn’t happen for me. I had to email customer service and have them do it from their end.
In the 4 months we were getting products, the wipes were recalled 3 times each for different reasons. The nappies are smaller than competitors and they leak over night and they take 5 days to arrive (I’m in metro Melbourne) where other brands have them here same or next day.
Was pretty excited to use bunjie… until we did. We won’t be returning now that our forced orders have stopped (ps. No good company needs to lock in customers against their will, if you have a good product they just come back - period).

The wipes are brilliant I really like them. The only thing is the way the wipes are stored can make them really hard to get out of the packet. You end up pulling out 2 or 3 at a time and it can be really inconvenient when dealing with a blowout
